The Head of Product Management LIMS/LIS Clinical Diagnostics is accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of the IT product “LIMS/LIS – Clinical Diagnostics Europe” , from strategy and roadmap definition through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. The product is the main target Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for our Clinical Diagnostics business in Europe, as well as for other businesses worldwide. This is a leadership role with responsibility for a team of up to six people, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Functional Analysts, and other related profiles. The role represents the voice of the business and its users, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, compliance, and cost efficiency. The Head of Product Management works closely with business stakeholders and different IT roles, such as IT Architects, IT Developers, IT Deployment Managers, IT Operations Engineers, and IT Quality Managers, to ensure that the product delivers measurable value, aligns with Eurofins’ strategy, and is operated sustainably.
