ROLE We are hiring a hands-on product leader invigorated by how agents change the SDLC and product development. You will serve as the primary product partner for the CEO, taking full ownership of the product cycle and execution of critical roadmap areas, like payments and agentic scheduling optimization. You will spend significant time with our customers, like being onsite at construction sites to uncover critical user journeys and key value drivers. You will be responsible in building the system that allows our small team to ship software at high speeds. You will inherit a culture where everyone across the company is utilizing Claude Code in Terminal, and where majority of non-engineers are shipping PRs. Your job is to professionalize the cadence without slowing it down, and create the leverage needed for the company to scale.
