This role oversees the entire sales lifecycle, including lead generation, pipeline development, new customer client conversion, account management, and strategic client relationships. The Head of Sales will lead and mentor the sales team, including Business Development Representatives and Account Managers, ensuring strong pipeline development, successful customer acquisition, and long-term client retention. The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare sales leader in medical supplies, surgical supplies, pharmaceutical distribution, or medical aesthetics, with a proven track record of building a sales organization team from “10 to 100”,with responsibility of overseeing over $30M+ in annual sales. This leader will be responsible for scaling the sales organization. They will be responsible for optimizing structure architecture, processes, and consistently exceeded sales targets. The individual is a natural leader, can create followership and extrude greatness from each of their employees. They understand that sales is a repeatable process and is as much of an art as it is a science. RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Iterate and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve company revenue goals.
