Health Plan Request Bench Release of Information Specialist III Summary of Position: The Health Plan Request (HPR) Bench Release of Information Specialist (ROIS) III is responsible for handling HPR ROIS tasks with precision, efficiency, and compliance using productivity-driven metrics. This position involves processing audit-related ROI requests, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. The HPR Bench ROIS III is fluent in multiple electronic medical record (EMR) systems and is comfortable navigating various platforms to retrieve and organize requested records and maintains a productivity level of 90% or higher on all sites they support. This role is primarily focused (90%) on processing medical record requests while dedicating 10% of their time to training, mentoring, documentation, and other administrative tasks as well as ensuring they can fulfill all client-specific onboarding and access requirements. As a subject matter expert, the HPR Bench ROIS III provides coaching and guidance to team members to ensure best practices are followed. Duties & Responsibilities: Process medical ROI requests related to health plan audits quickly and accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations Utilize Verisma software applications to input, manage, and track medical records Organize and retrieve records within multiple EMR systems, ensuring all documentation is properly structured and complete Interpret medical records and Records Requests to correspond to specific audit measures Maintain a high level of productivity, efficiency, and accuracy, meeting company standards and performance metrics Prioritize workload effectively and work independently while meeting productivity goals Maintain necessary background, drug and health screening as required by accounts being supported Communicate effectively within the HPR team and in a cross-functional manner, as necessary Attain an expert-level understanding of client-specific expectations acro
