Engage appropriate stakeholders and program managers to ensure collaboration in development and full implementation of HSE policies and procedures to ensure regulatory and company-wide policy compliance. Lead and embed a high performing HSE culture across our UK and Ireland operations. Develop training and audit/inspection tools to support robust site HSE program. Support regional specific HSE processes and procedures in support of company-wide initiatives and direction. Develop and implement plans, processes and procedures to ensure conformance with regulatory OSHA, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 45001 certifications and company requirements and initiatives at all UK and Europe sites Support the UK HQ with ensuring it meets its EHS legislative requirements.
