This role is accountable for generating strategic insights, translating science to actionability, and building brand advocacy. This includes leading strategic engagement with key external experts through robust engagement planning and insight generation aligned to brand and therapeutic area strategies. The TLL generates strategic insights through ongoing interactions with external experts, congresses and executive engagements, while working closely with US/Global Commercial, Medical, and Regulatory partners to translate field perspectives into meaningful business actions that shape brand strategy. TLLs support the oncology in-line brands within their geography while helping prepare the organization for successful oncology launches through disease-state engagement, external expert partnership, and insights that inform future commercial strategy. Six geographies will cover the United States, each aligned with an Oncology Field Vice President, who will be an important stakeholder.
