The Talent Scout will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing applicants for our part-time and full-time hourly positions. This individual will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Team Manager. What would you do in this role? RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES, including but not limited to the following: Source for positions to attract qualified applicants by using cold calling, data mining, external job board searches etc...
