Job Description The Higher Education Analytics Senior Consultant will design and deliver reporting, dashboard, and analytics solutions for higher education institutions, with a primary focus on Advancement, fundraising, alumni engagement, and constituent data. This role will work directly with institutional stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, define key performance indicators, analyze data, and translate business needs into actionable dashboards and visualizations. The Senior Consultant will serve as both a client-facing advisor and hands-on analytics practitioner, primarily using Tableau and Tableau Next. The role will also collaborate with data engineering, integration, CRM, and functional teams to validate data sources, establish reporting logic, support testing, and improve the usability and adoption of analytics solutions. Required Skills Hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying Tableau dashboards and reports. Training and certification in Tableau. Knowledge of or experience with Tableau Next.
