We’re looking for a Home-Based Accounting Coordinator to join our DCX team. In this role, you will support our partner’s accounting operations by managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial transactions while contributing to the business's overall success. WHAT YOU WILL DO Accounts Payable & Receivable Process vendor invoices, match POs, and issue timely payments for both companies Prepare and send client invoices, record payments, and follow up on outstanding balances Reconcile customer and vendor accounts regularly Retail Bookkeeping & POS Integration Reconcile daily sales, deposits, and inventory from the retail POS system Track retail inventory costs and varianc
