Number of Openings: 1 Hiring Priority: Active Hiring The DCX Client Services – Home-Based Art Director We are looking for an experienced Art Director to oversee the quality, efficiency, workflow, and creative output of its Art Department. This role will lead production art processes, train and guide artists and team members, manage art priorities, and ensure artwork meets client branding and production requirements. The ideal candidate has strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills , production graphics experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to lead and develop an art team. Experience in the promotional products industry is highly valuable, particularly experience working with production graphics, although direct industry experience is not required. Establish and maintain standards for art quality, branding, and production efficiency. Analyze and improve art processes, systems, and standard operating procedures. Train new artists and team members on production standards and best practices. Supervise artists by providing feedback, direction, and guidance. Prioritize art requests and coordinate the team to meet deadlines and turnaround expectations. Review artwork for format, color, quality, sizing, legibility, and decoration requirements. Create art proofs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Prepare production-ready artwork according to vendor specifications. Manage art requests through dashboards, trackers, and email.
