Number of Openings: 1 Hiring Priority: Active Hiring The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Presentation Designer will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. This role owns the design, organization, and ongoing evolution of presentation materials across the creative team. You will produce a wide range of deck formats, including RFP responses, client lookbooks, PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, capabilities decks, one-pagers, and business review materials. Beyond presentation production, you will serve as the creative team's Figma liaison and help build and maintain a well-structured presentation library so designers can efficiently access and reuse the right assets. This is a highly collaborative and stakeholder-facing role requiring regular interaction with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Leadership teams. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES Strong presentation design and visual storytelling skills. Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, pacing, and brand consistency. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structured presentation libraries and design assets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders and leadership. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design output. WHAT YOU WILL DO Presentation Design and Production Design and produce all deck formats supporting the creative team, including RFP responses, client lookbooks, PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, capabilities decks, one-pagers, and business review materials (QBR/CBR). Translate briefs, content outlines, and raw copy from stakeholders into clear, persuasive visual narratives with strong hierarchy and pacing.
