Number of Openings: 2 Hiring Priority: Active Hiring The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Sales Order Specialist will handle all aspects of the order entry and order management operation to ensure that client orders and production schedules are aligned to meet delivery dates and to provide an exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers by taking ownership of customer inquiries. This involves setting up the necessary files for order processing, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow, and completing client orders with a focus on a balance of speed and accuracy. Apply the IC Service Charge on every intercompany sales order following the agreed rule.Government-mandated benefits employer share Raise vendor purchase orders using drop ship at line level, once per vendor. Support fulfilment. Assist in matching vendor cost to the Purple Promos purchase order within tolerance, and escalate variances beyond tolerance. Raise intercompany invoices from Purple Promos to Reachdesk Ltd for fulfilled orders. Keep a live view of open orders at each stage and clear aged items within SLA. Escalate any mismatch, missing document, or blocked order within the escalation SLA. Maintain a standard operating procedure for each task so the process can be automated and handed over cleanly.
