Let’s build something great together. 🚀 Overview The Hotfix team is responsible for delivering urgent, high-impact fixes for enterprise clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions. The Hotfix Developer ensures client issues are investigated, resolved, and deployed quickly while maintaining data integrity and minimizing risk. Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve urgent production issues raised by Success, Support, Project or Account Management. Write and execute SQL queries for data corrections, imports, exports, and reporting fixes. Perform root-cause analysis on transactional data, logs, and system behaviors. Read and understand the PHP/Symfony codebase to troubleshoot issues and confirm system logic. Build and run custom scripts (PHP, SQL) for bulk updates, data migrations, or exports. Deploy fixes safely using internal tools (Phing, etc.) with rollback plans if necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Support, Success, Account Management, Core, etc.) to clarify requirements and validate solutions. Document fixes thoroughly in Jira, including logic, risks, and testing steps. Participate in Hotfix sprint planning, standups, and reviews. Assist in maintaining and improving Hotfix workflows, documentation, and best practices. Provide proactive communication on ticket p
