Job Description: What You’ll Do Administer and support assigned Workday functional areas through configuration maintenance, business process support, security administration, reporting, and enhancements. Serve as a Tier 2 escalation point for Workday and HR system issues, completing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, resolution, and appropriate escalation. Gather and document business requirements, evaluate system capabilities, identify process improvements, and help implement approved solutions. Develop and validate reports, dashboards, audits, and data quality reviews that support operations, compliance, and informed decision-making. Coordinate testing for system enhancements, releases, integrations, and defect resolutions, documenting results and validating outcomes before deployment. Create and maintain clear process, configuration, testing, and support documentation that strengthens governance, continuity, and knowledge sharing.
