Job Summary The Functional HRIS Analyst supports and administers Leave of Absence (LOA) systems, with a primary focus on AbsenceSoft. This role is responsible for system configuration, case management workflows, reporting, security access, and data integrity related to employee leave programs. The analyst partners with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate and efficient LOA processing while maintaining alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. Working under guidance, the analyst gathers requirements, supports system enhancements, participates in release management activities, troubleshoots issues, and delivers reporting and insights that improve absence management operations. The role contributes to system optimization initiatives from intake through implementation and supports the ongoing evolution and consolidation of LOA technology solutions.
