HRIT Systems Architect

This position is for work in an onsite format, in Contagem, Minas Gerais. Who will you be working with? You will be part of the IT organization, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, Finance, Information Security, Integration teams, and IT leadership. This role serves as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, driving alignment between HR technology capabilities and organizational objectives while supporting a mature Workday environment across the enterprise. How will you make a difference? As the HRIT Architect, you will define and govern the technical architecture, configuration strategy, and roadmap for Workday and related HR technology solutions. You will ensure the platform remains scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards while driving continuous improvement, supporting organizational transformation initiatives, and enabling business success through effective technology solutions. What do we want to know about you? Experience in: Supporting and governing enterprise HR technology platforms, preferably Workday. Leading Workday HCM, Payroll, and Benefits configuration in complex post-production environments. Managing Workday enhancements, releases, platform optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, workforce integrations, and organizational transformation projects. Partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders to design scalable business solutions. Establishing governance models, architectural standards, and platform roadmaps. Supporting complex workforce environments, including unionized populations, multiple legal entities, and manufacturing operations.
