Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive People & Culture Generalist. The P&C Generalist plays a key role within the P&C support team, partnering across the business to deliver a positive and seamless employee experience. This role supports the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through to offboarding ensuring P&C processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with business goals. Working as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, this role contributes to recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, and performance management to ensure compliance with Australian employment law and internal policies. Additionally, the role involves assisting with maintaining HRIS and accurate employee records. Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact regarding P&C related inquiries. Monitor and respond to queries within shared email inboxes. Assist in the management of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding process.
