About the Role We’re looking for a part-time HVAC Career Coach to support students through live workshops and optional 1:1 coaching. This is not a traditional employment role and not a guaranteed-income position . It’s a flexible, paid opportunity best suited for experienced HVAC technicians who enjoy mentoring, teaching, and helping others break into the trade — with upside if students choose to work with you. How This Role Actually Works You host a live, one-hour workshop (seminar-style) for students You are paid $50 per workshop , plus any private coaching business you acquire You may receive exclusive coaching opportunities based on performance and engagement Workshops are used to provide value, answer questions, and showcase your real-world experience If students choose to book you for 1:1 coaching, you keep the coaching revenue You set your own availability and working hours There is no requirement to convert students — workshops are paid regardless — but conversion is where the upside comes from.
