Ensure reliable, safe, and efficient supply of all utilities for tire production. Responsible for hands-on technical activities (air treatment, HVAC, chillers, etc); Act as technical owner for full functionality of Air treatment systems, including cold plasma and direct operational support in HVAC area; Define maintenance measures and strategies, build OPEX & CAPEX needs; Support new equipment commissioning; Participate in hotline/on-call duty and ensure rapid, safe response to breakdowns; Ensure stakeholder alignment especially with Production, ESH (Environment, Safety and Heath) and Controlling. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or Automation Engineering; Minimum 5 years professional experience in HVAC engineering (chillers, cooling water, ventilation, heating, and energy optimization); Experience in complex or large-scale projects; Advanced knowledge of power distribution, gas, steam, water, compressed air, vacuum, cooling, and air treatment systems; Famil
