This is an excellent opportunity if you have a strong background in immigration processes and HR administration and are looking to join a global organisation within the field services sector. You’ll support the team with immigration operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance and effective mobility solutions. Salary €15–30 per hour Location and Working Pattern Location: Poland (Fully Remote) Contract: 1 Year Hours: 40 per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 Client Overview Our client is an independent industrial services organisation operating on a global scale. Responsibilities Execute day-to-day immigration queries and processes in compliance with company policies Coordinate collection and processing of visa, work permit and residency documentation Collaborate with immigration team members, consulates, and government contacts Maintain accurate immigration records by updating internal systems with up-to-date documentation Handle procurement of immigration-related documents with third-party agencies and legal advisors Identify and escalate red flag issues or potential risks to leadership Manage costs and compile billing related to immigration processes (e.g., translations, legalisations) Support the wider team with other duties to achieve business goals Must-have Requirements High school diploma (preferred) Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR, legal administration or immigration English language proficiency Nice-to-have Skills Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work collaboratively within a team Flexibility to travel if needed Benefits Competitive hourly rate Fully remote working Opportunity to work with a globally recognised industry leader Apply Now If you have the relevant experience and are interested in this remote opportunity, apply today and join a dynamic team making a global impact.
