Implementation Consultant

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Implementation Consultant will become a Revenue Cycle Management focused Subject Matter Expert for the Senior Living and Long Term Care customers. Working collaboratively with a team, this position will lead clients through software implementation, providing training and best practice workflow recommendations. Let’s talk about Responsibilities The key position involves utilizing your recent Senior Living and Long Term Care industry/consulting experience and knowledge in the following ways: Deliver high value consulting services that drive RCM transformation via successful adoption of MatrixCare products and services for its Senior Living and Long Term Care customers. Deliver best practice training to customer team though deep understanding of the MatrixCare RCM performance and reporting tools. Managing customer feedback loop to account management, product management teams in effort to improve overall customer experience. Assist the MatrixCare Implementation and Training Team to build best practices for customer implementations that help drive long term customer success. Serves as RCM Consultant/Subject Matter Expert to e-learning content team and key presenter for monthly, web-based customer trainings . Provide status updates to management using standard reporting tools Ability to utilize analytics tools to drive customer success.
