The Opportunity As an Implementation & Insights Consultant, you’ll sit at the heart of our customer analytics function, helping some of the world’s largest retailers make smarter, faster decisions. You’ll use SQL and BI tools to explore complex operational data, uncover trends, and turn those findings into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work closely with our Customer, Product and Implementation teams to ensure that the data powering Quorso ’s platform is accurate, meaningful, and easy for our clients to act on. This is an analytical role focused on insight generation - not building data pipelines or warehouses. What you’ll do Partner with enterprise customer teams to understand business operations and define analytical requirements. Use SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to analyse large, messy retail datasets and surface meaningful insights.
