About the Job We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SaaS Healthcare Software Implementation Lead to oversee the successful deployment of our cutting-edge healthcare technology solutions. In this role, you will lead cross-functional implementation projects, ensuring that our SaaS platform is effectively configured, deployed, and optimized to meet client needs. You will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes that enhance client satisfaction and operational success. Duties to Include Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end implementation projects for our SaaS healthcare software solutions, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing clear communication and proactive updates throughout the implementation process. ·Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, data requirements, and technical specifications.
