Who You Are A data-driven professional with an interest in ecommerce and product feed optimization Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret performance data and drive improvements A strong communicator who can translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients Comfortable owning multiple projects at once, keeping timelines, priorities, and stakeholders organized Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional and offshore teams Self-motivated and capable of managing priorities in a remote work setting What You’ll Do As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients onto the feed management platform, configuring product data feeds, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales handoff to live. You will also play a vital role in supporting existing clients as they migrate to new e-commerce platforms. You will be required to ensure there’s a seamless transition as the client source data changes, highlighting any differences to the client as they show.
