Come join us! About the Role: AlphaSense is looking for a highly motivated Incentive Compensation Analyst to help drive accuracy and efficiency in our incentive compensation process. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Incentive Compensation, this role will be working cross-functionally with the Rev Org, Rev Ops, FP&A, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and People teams and will be responsible for commissions and bonus operations including variable compensations calculations, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who brings with them 2+ years of Sales variable compensation experience. Who You Are: 1-2 years of variable compensation experience, including commission planning and administration Very strong Microsoft Excel skills and passion for new technologies Experience with QuotaPath or similar compensation tool preferred Experience with CRM/HRIS systems l
