Industrial Engineer

*please note the typical hours for this role are 1st shift Mon-Fri, however, occasional flexibility is needed* The Industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing manufacturing processes, labor utilization, and facility layouts to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost performance. This role partners cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement sustainable solutions. The Industrial Engineer plays a key role in driving operational excellence through data analysis, process standardization, and application of Lean manufacturing principles.
