Job description The Role We are seeking an Identity and Access Management Technical Manager to lead a team of IAM administrators and engineers focused on on-prem Active Directory and Privileged Access Management . This IAM Technical Manager role will report to the Senior Director of Identity and Access Management under the CISO of Hitachi Vantara. In this role, the ideal candidate can expect a true blend of management and technical duties. The ideal candidate will frequently find themselves engaging with other leaders in cybersecurity and across the business to understand and find solutions for the complex needs of our company. The successful candidate will also be expected to complete hands-on work with on-premise Active Directory and Privilege Access Management solutions. This position is ideal for an individual with strong technical skills who is looking to transition into a leadership role and advance their career to the next level without fully stepping away from hands-on technical work. Responsibilities: Design and develop a multi-year roadmap to further mature the AD and PAM implementations. Ensure quality operations and up-time for AD and PAM solutions. Lead a team of developers and engineers to grow, support, and maintain the AD and PAM platforms. Ensure security best practices are enforced across all elements of the AD and PAM implementations.
