Reports To: Director of Technology Services Position Summary The Infrastructure Lead is responsible for leading the design, maintenance, performance, security, and reliability of MegaCorp’s IT infrastructure. This role manages infrastructure systems, supports team execution, oversees infrastructure projects, partners with application and business teams, and ensures network, server, desktop, mobile, cloud, and communication systems operate efficiently while driving operational efficiency, cloud optimization, infrastructure resiliency, and cost-effective technology solutions to support business needs.
