MEET BENEVITY Benevity is the way the world does good, providing companies (and their employees) with technology to take social action on the issues they care about. Through giving, volunteering, grantmaking, employee resource groups and micro-actions, we help most of the Fortune 100 brands build better cultures and use their power for good. We’re also one of the first B Corporations in Canada, meaning we’re as committed to purpose as we are to profits. We have people working all over the world, including Canada, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and more! You will act as the bridge between business needs and IT execution, using data-driven insights to improve how Benevity operates. What you’ll do: - Systems Optimization: Take ownership of the health and performance of our core SaaS infrastructure (Okta, Jira, Kandji, etc.), ensuring high availability and seamless integration. - Business Intake & Translation: Act as the primary IT point of contact for business changes. You’ll intake requirements from various departments and design the technical workflows needed to initiate those changes. - Advanced Automation: Leverage Okta Workflows and API integrations to automate manual processes, reducing "toil" for both the IT team and the wider business. - Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Apply IaC principles to manage SaaS configurations, ensuring changes are version-controlled, peer-reviewed, and repeatable. - Data-Driven Insights: Analyze system logs and ticket trends to provide
