The Infrastructure Services Lead drives the monitoring, observability, and automation strategy across the fleet in partnership with Digital and other operational teams, applying AI-driven tooling and data-led insight to catch issues before they hit the floor. Deep expertise in Microsoft Windows OS engineering underpins the deployment, hardening, and lifecycle management of endpoints across hundreds of restaurant sites and corporate offices. Network delivery is handled by GYG's networking Managed Service Partner, freeing this role to focus on the platforms, endpoints, and monitoring layer GYG owns directly. Alongside the hands-on delivery, you'll lead and develop an Infrastructure Analyst and act as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
