Instructional designer (E-learning Development)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Education and Media Team at Caseware, a leading SaaS organization. As an Instructional Designer , you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective e-learning content that meets the educational needs of the organization and its users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, product managers, developers, and marketing , as well as regional training teams to create high-quality learning materials and ensure content accuracy and alignment with business goals. Collaborate with developers, and subject matter experts to create effective digital learning solutions. Apply UX/UI principles to enhance learner engagement and satisfaction through intuitive and visually appealing digital learning interfaces. Create course development plans to support the online academy, including storyboarding, scripting, and integrating multimedia elements. Regularly review and update existing learning content to ensure it remains current, accurate, and aligned with changes in organizational processes, products, or services. Manage the end-to-end development of e-learning projects, including timelines, resource coordination, and feedback management. Assisting in the setup, configuration, and management of content on Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring proper functionality and learner access.
