We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Instructional Designer to lead the design and delivery of engaging, performance-driven digital learning solutions. In this role, you will be a partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to transform complex content into interactive learning experiences that drive measurable behavior change—not just course completion. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing projects end-to-end while continuously improving how learning impacts performance. Job Responsibilities Design & Development Design and develop interactive eLearning solutions using modern tools (Articulate 360, video, AI-based tools, etc.). Create scenario-based, microlearning, and blended learning experiences that drive real-world application. Ensure content is user-friendly, accessible, and aligned to business outcomes. Project Ownership Lead eLearning projects from concept through delivery with minimal supervision. Manage timelines, stakeholders, and quality to ensure successful execution. Conduct quality assurance reviews and implement continuous improvements. Stakeholder Partnership Collaborate with subject matter experts and business partners to identify learning needs. Translate business challenges into effective learning strategies and solutions. Serve as a liaison across teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and successful delivery. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and feedback. Identify opportunities to enhance the learner experience across LMS/LXP platforms. Explore and implement emerging technologies to improve engagement and scalability.
