Position Overview: Are you a creative instructional designer who loves turning technical, complex material into learning experiences people want to complete? JSI is seeking an Instructional Designer/LMS Specialist to shape how our Regulatory Affairs team educates and engages clients—leading the design of training content, owning our learning platform, and supporting live client-facing events like webinars. This is fundamentally a content and design role, grounded in the craft of instructional design: structuring information thoughtfully, designing for engagement, and building experiences that make complex subject matter approachable. You'll bring that same design sensibility to our learning platform ( JSI University) and to the live webinars we deliver to clients, helping both evolve into more polished, professional experiences.
