The role involves working with individuals presenting with diverse health conditions and health related challenges. You will review and interpret medical evidence, identify functional restrictions, recovery expectations, and provide clear guidance that helps colleagues make informed decisions. You'll engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather information, clarify complex medical issues and ensure customers receive the right level of support. You'll also play an important role in sharing your expertise across the business, helping nonclinical colleagues build their understanding of medical conditions, treatment pathways and functional capability.
