About the role As the Intake Advocate at Tort Experts , you are the first point of contact for potential claimants who are seeking legal assistance with injury claims. You will guide potential claimants through a screening process to determine eligibility. If eligible, you will assist potential claimants in the completion of initial forms and applications to retain an attorney. Availability: We are hiring for Tuesday - Saturday, morning, midday, and evening shifts. What you'll do Build the initial claimant relationship and confidence in our firm with every prospective claimant interaction Engage in 150 – 200 calls per day in a professional inbound/outbound call center environment Consistently build the claimant relationship and confidence in our partners firms with every claimant interaction while proactively contacting claimants to ensure the relationship is maintained Solve problems and maintain confidentiality Keep updated records and detailed documentation of claimant interactions, concerns, and complaints in a p
