This position plays a pivotal role in developing, managing, and maintaining the program’s master schedule, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex, multi-year VA programs using MS Project or equivalent tools. Coordinate inputs from multiple project managers, functional leads, and external partners to ensure accurate schedule alignment and dependency tracking. Identify and resolve schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and critical path risks. Conduct regular schedule status reviews with VA stakeholders and internal delivery teams. Support integrated project planning, Earned Value Management (EVM), and reporting to ensure schedule adherence and performance tracking. Generate and present schedule status reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior leadership. Incorporate Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods into scheduling as applicable. Ensure compliance with VA PMAS, TMS, and other federal delivery frameworks. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience). 10+ years of experience as a s
