You will be a part of the PTC Applications and Services team and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, rail domain experts, and system architects responsible for designing and delivering advanced rail traffic management and dispatching solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for the local teams focused on the integration and deployment of the Back Office Service and Mobile Device Manager, working in close partnership with the systems integration team, operations teams, customers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth testing and deployment. How will you make a difference? In this role, you will act as the bridge between the software development team and the local operations and integration teams. You will be responsible for driving deployment, testing, and configuration of Wabtec’s back-office services. This role requires strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills. You will engage directly with local stakeholders to capture needs, validate functionality, and ensure product integration, while working closely with engineering and test teams to solve the inevitable complexities of product deployment. What do we want to know about you? Qualifications (minimum requirements) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; Proven experience in Controls Engineering, Systems Integration, Product Integration, or similar roles in complex, software-based systems; Experience supporting software deployment, integration, testing, and configuration activities; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical scenarios into practical solutions; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Fluent English.
