This role serves as a key liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes. The Integration Manager develops project frameworks, manages risks, tracks milestones, and drives organizational alignment to ensure initiatives remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
