As an Integration Specialist II, you will support interface projects that help connect healthcare data across R1 platforms and client systems. This role is part of the Learn. Build. Launch Program and is designed for someone with foundational data, coding, and implementation experience who is ready to build technical depth in healthcare integrations. You will work with team leads, experienced analysts, and project partners to execute basic interface projects, support client go-lives, organize implementation tasks, and contribute to successful deployments. Responsibilities Execute basic interface projects under the guidance of a team lead or experienced analyst. Support implementation activities from project organization through completion, helping ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule. Assist with interface-related tasks involving healthcare data, data extract solutions, and basic integration workflows. Apply basic coding and query skills to support data review, troubleshooting, and implementation needs. Demonstrate acute attention to detail when reviewing data, project requirements, implementation steps, and written deliverables. Participate in meetings, ask clarifying questions, and communicate progress, risks, or support needs clearly.
