Interface Analyst, Epic

We are seeking an experienced Epic Interface Integration Analyst to design, implement, and support application interfaces that enable reliable, secure data exchange between clinical systems and external partners. The ideal candidate has strong integration and troubleshooting expertise, experience supporting healthcare applications, and a passion for delivering scalable solutions that improve operational and clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of interface development, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, implementation, go-live support, and ongoing maintenance. Collaborate with application teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to define interface requirements and resolve integration-related issues. Coordinate interface testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities to ensure successful deployments. Partner with interface engine developers to design data translation and transformation logic supporting EHR and third-party system integrations. Monitor production interfaces proactively and drive permanent resolution of interface issues through root cause analysis and corrective action. Analyze integration workflows and data to identify opportunities for optimization and improved performance. Develop and maintain interface documentation, testing plans, and support procedures. Support upgrades, enhancements, and evolving organizational needs through additional responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications Bridges Certification required and must be maintained as a condition of employment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 6+ years of experience in an IT, systems integration, or interface-related role.
