We’re currently seeking an Interior Design Coordinator to join our dynamic San Antonio studio. You’ll be part of a culture that values deep collaboration, technical excellence, and continual growth. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas—and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life. What You'll Do: - Collaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and other disciplines as part of LPA's integrated design process. - Contribute to projects throughout their full lifecycle, from conceptual design through construction administration. - Partner with Project Managers and Project Designers to execute interior architecture and design assignments. - Prepare and coordinate design development and construction documentation, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to project standards. - Lead and oversee the production of project documentation completed by junior designers. - Review, coordinate, and process construction administr
