Woolpert is hiring an Interior Designer to join our Interiors Discipline supporting our dynamic Mission Critical / Data Center practice . This position reports to the Interiors Discipline Team Leader and is responsible for assisting with the planning, design, and coordination of interior spaces in the design, planning, and delivery of highly technical workplace interior environments within mission critical and data center facilities. This role includes developing interior design concepts, producing design documentation and high-quality renderings, and collaborating closely with the architectural team to ensure a fully integrated design approach. The position requires experience in interior systems, materials, detailing, and coordination—particularly where interiors intersect with complex infrastructure, MEP systems, and operational requirements. You will serve as a trusted technical and design resource, working collaboratively with project managers, architects, designers, and consulting partners to support design quality and successful project outcomes. This role requires the ability to engage effectively with experienced professionals, contribute to integrated architectural and interior design solutions, and communicate clearly through all phases of design and delivery.
