About the role: As an NPS Data Analyst, you will be the voice of the customer, ensuring their feedback drives continuous improvement. You will manage the NPS process end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve results. Your ability to analyze market data will provide actionable insights to leadership, and your collaboration with the support team will be key in optimizing the "close the loop" process.
