We are looking for a sharp, curious, and systems-minded Intern, to join our Product Operations, Local Shops team, who combines analytical rigor with strong project management skills. At Delivery Hero Local Shops team, you will be at the heart of growing our small and medium accounts across 60+ markets. In this role, you will own a portfolio of product enablement workstreams. You will work closely with central Product, Tech, and business functions as well as regional and local entity teams, driving everything from testing new features and preparing go-to-market documentation to evaluating initiative impact and coordinating complex, cross-functional feature rollouts.You will support smooth feature rollouts, help with partner enablement, and contribute to operational rigor across our onboarding and self-service ecosystem by: Supporting Feature Rollouts: Support rollout schedules for new operational enablement capabilities, helping coordinate between central Product/Tech teams, regional stakeholders, and local operational leads to support smooth go-lives.
