Education Required - High School diploma or equivalent Preferred - Bachelor's degree in a related field or an advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business/Health Administration Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field Work Experience Required - 10 years related professional experience OR 5 years related professional experience with a Bachelor's degree Preferred Exprience Revenue Integrity, chargemaster, charge capture, audit, coding, reimbursement, or revenue cycle operations experience. Epic charging workflow, Charge Router, workqueue, or operational troubleshooting experience. Experience conducting audits, investigations, trend analysis, and root cause analysis. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills preferred. Experience identifying opportunities and implementing sustainable process improvements. A
