Assignment As an intern E-Learning Design & Development, you will work within the Learning & Development team of NTS Eindhoven, where the digitisation of training is in full swing. In our high-tech production environment, there is a lot of knowledge among experienced professionals. Your assignment is to convert that knowledge into digital learning modules that are clear, didactically strong, and visually appealing. You will be developing e-learnings, mostly based on existing training and partly entirely new. Think of onboarding, product knowledge, safety modules, and customer introductions. The content is key: you will gather learning objectives from technical colleagues on the work floor, translate complex technical information into understandable learning content, and build a strong didactic structure around it. The visual design completes the whole, so that content and form reinforce each other. This way, you will make a contribution that remains visible in the organisation even after your internship. Furthermore, your tasks include: Developing the learning content and didactic structure of e-learning modules, from learning objective to end product; Converting mostly existing training into digital e-learnings, such as onboarding, product knowledge, and safety modules; Gathering and aligning learning objectives and technical content with colleagues on the work floor and the L&D team; Providin
