[IT Delivery Center] IT Business Analyst - ERP/NG platforms

Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with regional business units to capture functional and non-functional requirements. Analyze existing processes and identify gaps for eLIMS-NG deployment. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and global NG program teams. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations for stakeholders across Asia. Documentation & Process Mapping: Prepare Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, and Use Cases. Develop process flow diagrams and ensure alignment with eLIMS-NG standards. Testing & Validation: Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating results. Ensure defects are tracked and resolved before go-live. Change Management & Training: Assist in preparing training materials and conducting sessions for end-users. Support change management activities to drive adoption . Deployment Support: Co ordinate with technical teams for deployment activities. Monitor post-implementation performance and resolve issues. BE Computer Science/MCA or any other Bachelor’s degree with the right experience. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst in IT projects, preferably in large-scale deploym
