About the role: What's in the Box As an IT Operations Engineer joining the IT Operations Adaptive Squad, you will be the dedicated technical point of contact for our rapidly growing teams in Poland (Warsaw and Wroclaw). In this role, you will combine the energy and ownership of a startup environment with the foundation of a global tech organization. You will take full responsibility for local hardware lifecycles, streamline employee onboardings and offboardings, and deliver reliable, hands-on support. As our Polish presence scales toward a dedicated standalone site, you will also work closely with central network teams, local workplace operations, and site leadership to ensure seamless office technology and operations.
