The Role As IT Operations Specialist, you will own the operational and technical backbone of Pink Elephant : the accesses, domains, deployments, billing settings, and infrastructure details that currently distract the core team from working on the main product. This is not a core product engineering or architecture position. The value of this role is closing technical admin tasks quickly, carefully, and independently, and helping the team take small exploratory projects from zero to a domain with users.
