IT Server Administrator

The IT System Administrator will be located in the Geneva office and will report to the local Infrastructure Team Leader. Hands-on and multi-tasking: including installation, upgrades, configuration, administration and maintenance of mostly Windows server based systems Manage local and remote office projects from beginning to end Maintain bespoke application environments for Trading application infrastructure; upgrade, patch, provision Vendor management, providers & other internal business teams Cover working hours and expect duty to expand beyond normal business hours, including some weekends BAU 3rd line support & occasional 1st & 2nd level support escalation May be required to travel to remote office locations Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position Preferably Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or related active IT certifications Proficient in Active Directory Domain Services administration, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies Proficient in Windows Server Administration (Windows 2016 and above). Windows Core experience beneficial Proficient VMware ESXi and vCenter administration (7.0 at least), including experience with the upgrade cycle Good experience working with NetApp storage (FAS and
